How we work

B & S Beteiligungs GmbH is not a fund company. It invests in companies we help build ourselves, with capital, technology and operating experience. New projects grow out of this work, from a need we have seen firsthand and from software that already exists for it.

For individual projects, we bring in partners and investors when capital, network or expertise makes the project faster or better. This happens project by project, each with its own company, its own plan and its own numbers.

What a conversation gives you

You learn which projects are in preparation, where they stand and what is still missing. We learn what you bring and what you are looking for. If both fit, documents on the specific project follow, along with a second conversation with numbers. If it does not fit, we tell you in the first conversation.

How to tell whether this is right for you

• You want to invest in a single project and know what you are investing in, instead of paying into a portfolio.
• Besides capital, you bring something that helps the project, such as industry knowledge, contacts or experience in building a company.
• You think in years, not quarters.

What is deliberately not on this page

Returns, valuations and terms. They belong in the documents for each project and in the conversation, not on a website. This page is an invitation to a conversation. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy shares or securities.
