Intro call
You describe the process that costs time. One hour, online or at your office, free of charge.
Initial direction
During the call or shortly after, we tell you what can help: a custom system, an AI assistant, off-the-shelf software or a change in the process. This is also free of charge.
Proposal
You receive a written proposal for the first stage. The effort depends on the system, and the proposal states it up front.
Implementation
The first stage goes into daily use, then the system grows in stages. Source code, documentation and access credentials stay with you.
An consulting is available on request and when booked.

B&S Ventures holds stakes in TFS Group GmbH, Evernine Media GmbH and Dooonation GmbH. We built systems for these companies ourselves and run them every day: vendor portals with identity verification, online stores with inventory integration for logistics partners in Lithuania and Hong Kong, internal boards and email systems in several languages. The management systems, portals and websites we offer clients are in use at our own companies, along with every bug we found and fixed on the way. That is also why we tell you when a process is better served by off-the-shelf software.
For clients, we build in stages, and each stage is usable on its own. Source code, documentation and access credentials stay with you. The goal is more time for your team, not fewer people.

How is B&S Systems different from an agency?
B & S Beteiligungs GmbH runs companies of its own and built their software. Management systems, portals and websites like the ones we offer clients run in our portfolio companies every day. We do not sell licenses. We build a first stage based on a proposal, and you own its source code.
Do I have to commission all five services together?
No. Each service stands on its own. It starts with a single process that costs time and the free intro call about it. If you want to take a closer look first, you book more in-depth consulting. What comes next is your decision after the first stage.
What kind of companies does B&S Systems work for?
For small and midsize businesses, usually with between 5 and 250 employees, and for their management. The industry matters less. What matters is that a process costs time today and can be shortened with software or an assistant.
What do I need to contribute as a client?
Time for the intro call, one person in the company who knows the process and answers questions, and access to the systems that need to be connected. With this person, every project moves forward quickly.
Who owns the result?
You do. At handover, you receive the complete source code, the documentation and all access credentials. You can also have the system developed further by another provider.
