How we work together.
Intro call
You describe the workflow that costs time. One hour, online or at your office, free of charge.
Initial direction
During the call or shortly afterward, we tell you what can help: a custom system, an AI assistant, standard software or a change in the workflow. This is also free of charge.
Proposal
You receive a written proposal for the first stage. The effort depends on the system, and the proposal states it up front.
Implementation
The first stage goes into daily use, then we expand in stages. Source code, documentation and access credentials stay with you.

Which companies does B&S work for?
For small and mid-sized companies, usually with five to 250 employees, and for their management. The industry is secondary. What matters is a workflow that costs time today and can be shortened with software or an assistant.
What does a custom management system cost?
That depends on the number of workflows and interfaces. After the intro call, you receive a proposal for the first stage. We build in stages, and each stage is usable on its own.
Who owns the source code?
You do. At handover, you receive the complete source code, the documentation and all access credentials. This means you can also have another provider continue developing the system.
How does working together work?
Intro call, initial direction, proposal, implementation in stages. Even the first stage runs in real day-to-day operations so that problems surface early. More in-depth consulting is available on request and when booked.
Is an AI assistant in customer contact compatible with the GDPR?
Yes, if three things are in place: a data processing agreement under Art. 28 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with every provider involved, processing in the EU or with a valid legal basis for transfers, and privacy notices under Art. 13 GDPR for the people whose inquiries the assistant processes.
Does an AI assistant have to disclose that it is AI?
Yes. Since August 2, 2026, Art. 50 of the EU AI Act has required that people are informed when they interact with an AI system. We build this notice into the greeting and the signature.
Can the system connect to Lexware Office (Lexoffice)?
Yes. Lexware Office offers a public API for exchanging contacts, receipts, invoices and payment status. What the API cannot do, such as individual booking entries, we handle through exports.
Is this about cutting jobs?
No. It is about giving your team back the time that is lost today to retyping, searching and chasing follow-ups. That time goes into customers, orders and growth.
What happens if our contact person is unavailable?
Every system is documented so that another developer can take it over. You hold the source code and access credentials yourself. For ongoing operations, we agree on response times in writing.
